Order Confirmation and Payment
A 50% down payment is required to formally secure your order and allocate production resources. Production will only commence upon payment confirmation, and the remaining balance must be settled in full prior to release or shipment.
Production Timeline
Standard production time is approximately 2-3 working days, depending on order volume and design complexity. The timeline begins only after final design approval, complete submission of sizes and details, and confirmation of payment.
Design Approval Responsibility
Clients are expected to thoroughly review and approve all final layouts before production. Once approved, Azreon Prints assumes that all names, numbers, sizes, and details are accurate, and revisions due to client-provided errors may incur additional costs.
Color and Material Disclaimer
While we maintain strict quality control and calibrated printing processes, slight color variations may occur due to screen differences, fabric type, and production methods. Such minor variations are industry-standard and do not qualify as defects.
Cancellation Policy
As all products are custom-made, down payments become non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellation requests after printing or material preparation cannot be accommodated.
Returns and Claims
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, supported by clear photographic evidence. Verified production defects or errors attributable to our team will be addressed promptly and professionally.
