Order Confirmation and Payment
A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order and reserve your production slot. Production will only begin once payment is confirmed, and the remaining balance must be settled before the order is released, delivered, or shipped.
Design Approval Responsibility
Before production, clients are advised to carefully check and approve the final layout. Once approved, all details such as names, numbers, sizes, colors, spelling, and design placement will be considered final; revisions due to client-approved or client-provided errors may incur additional charges.

Color and Material Disclaimer
We make every effort to produce accurate colors and quality results. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen display differences, fabric or material type, and printing process; these are normal and not considered defects.
Cancellation Policy
All items are custom-made, so down payments are non-refundable once production has started. Cancellations can no longer be accepted once materials have been prepared, printing has begun, or the order is already in production.
Returns and Claims
For any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours upon receiving your order and provide clear photos for verification. Valid production errors caused by our team will be reviewed and handled promptly with the appropriate solution.
